Mindfulness 5 Day Challenge.Someone mentioned in one of my Facebook groups that her children absolutely love doing challenges. I have done a Self esteem one on the website and so I thought I would do a Mindfulness one. It takes 5 days. There is a target sheet and a certificate at the end.
