Symptoms of COVID-19 include either:
The government have today updated their guidance for the public and we ask all parents and carers to observe the following:
- If your child is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 they must 'self-isolate' for 7 days from the onset of symptoms.
- If someone living in your household has symptoms of COVID-19, your child(ren) must 'self-isolate' for 14 days from the onset of that person's symptoms.
Please continue to advise the school office, by phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org), if your child has COVID-19 symptoms, if they are self-isolating as part of an affected household or if they have another illness that means they are unable to attend. It is essential that we know the specific reason for absence in order that the attendance register is correctly completed.
Thank you for your continued support of our efforts to keep our whole school community safe.
